Receiving of Personal Data or Information on Individuals
In case that we need to receive personal data or information on individuals from any of our customers, we shall inform the customer concerned without fail of the purpose of using such personal data and obtain his or her consent in advance to use the data upon receipt thereof. |

Provision of Personal Data to a Third Party
Except in the case where we have obtained an explicit consent from the customer concerned or received a request from a judicial or an executive branch that binds us to comply with legally, we shall not provide, disclose to nor deposit the personal data received in whole or in part with any third party or person. Even if we have obtained the consent from the customer concerned, should it become necessary for us to provide, disclose to or deposit the personal data received with any party or person other than ourselves, we shall not fail to make any and all necessary arrangements or execute a non-disclosure agreement with such third party or person concerned so as to fully protect and keep the personal data received strictly secure and confidential |

Security Measures for Protection of Personal Data
We shall streamline the company regulations and take all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the personal data or information on individuals received from loss, damage, escaping into illegal channels, falsification and/or unauthorized access.
Further, whenever we have decided that the personal data or information on individuals received would no longer be required to remain in our custody inasmuch as the purpose of using such data and/or information has been achieved, we may wipe out the whole information or data received from the customer concerned. |

Inquiries from Customers Concerning their Personal Data
Inquiries from any of our customers pertaining to his or her personal data kept in our custody in respect of the following requirements shall be responded forthwith to the extent deemed reasonable and appropriate in accordance with the request of the customer concerned.

Revision, updating and/or deletion of personal data or information received from the customer concerned. |
